At Abba Caravans Perth, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding products purchased through our online store: https://www.abbacaravansstore.com.au.


By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Warranty Coverage

Many of the products sold through our store come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty coverage, including duration and inclusions, may vary depending on the item and brand.

Unless otherwise stated, most spare parts and accessories carry a standard 12-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service.


What Is Covered

This warranty generally covers defects that arise from normal use, manufacturing faults, or materials failure. If a product fails under these conditions, we will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.


What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Wear and tear from normal use.
  • Damage caused by exposure to harsh environments (e.g., salt, chemicals, extreme heat) unless the product is specifically designed for such conditions.
  • Incorrect selection of products for your caravan or vehicle.

 

Claiming a Warranty

To lodge a warranty claim, please contact us at spareparts@abbacaravans.com.au. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect or damage.

In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection. We will provide instructions on how to return the item if necessary. If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the item based on the nature of the fault and stock availability.


Return Shipping

If the warranty claim is accepted, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective products. If the product is found not to be faulty or is ineligible for warranty coverage, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.


Warranty for Fitted Parts

If you are purchasing parts or accessories to be fitted to a caravan, we recommend professional installation. Warranty may be void if the item is improperly installed or damaged due to installation errors.
