Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. All change of mind returns must be authorised in advance. Please contact us at spareparts@abbacaravans.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds for change of mind will be issued once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a restocking fee may apply in some cases.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
We do not accept returns for items that are
- SPE Special orders or custom parts
- Electrical components that have been opened or installed
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at spareparts@abbacaravans.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you. We may request the return of the item before processing a refund or replacement.

- Description of the issue or reason for return
- Supporting images (if applicable)
We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Return Shipping
For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For change of mind returns, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
